In this weeks double Parashah, we cover a myriad of controversial topics from child sacrifices to Molech to the biblical views on sexual misconduct and same sex relationships. YHVH has a lot to say on these topics, and in many places we find that He is repetitive on on His stance as it relates to them. Nonetheless, what the Scripture says is what the Scripture says, and it is our responsibility to line up with the word if we desire to be blameless in His eyes. We also get into the rules governing animal sacrifices, and the institution for Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement.
